Refund Policy

Your program fee will not be refunded once your participation is confirmed. Please appreciate the fact that we work with small groups and deny admission to interested participants once we confirm participation of a group of individuals. Also, please note that your non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund. In exceptional cases, and for valid reasons, we can allow you to take the program at a later date. A change fee will apply. We thank you for your understanding.
